Aaron Bird, CEO, Night Janitor (linkedin)

Aaron has been building online services for 12 years, most recently as Senior Program Manager for Windows Azure where he lead Microsoft’s web developer experience in the cloud. Previously he was Senior Lead Program Manager in Bing’s AdCenter working alongside Peter building Microsoft’s next generation of ad serving technology. Previous to that Aaron lead a team of developers as Director of Software Development at United Online (Netzero). He has been an inventor for about half a dozen of pending patents ranging from mobile ad targeting to efficient binary wire formats to electricity producing fitness equipment.  Aaron has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Computer Science from UCSB.

Peter Thompson, CTO (linkedin)

Peter has been building software and services for 17 years, most recently leading a team of developers to build the next generation of ad serving technology in Bing’s AdCenter. Previously Peter has worked in Microsoft Display Ads on high performance ad serving and emerging ad technologies (Xbox Dashboard Advertising, Office Starter). Prior to that, Peter was in Windows Core building Localization and Globalization infrastructure that is used to build and ship Windows and all Microsoft products into more than 70 languages. Peter has been issued a number of patents ranging from UI Automation, Localization Tools and Processes, efficient binary protocols, and Advertising targeting.  Peter has a B.Sc. (Honors) in Computer Science from Queen’s University, Canada.

Andy has helped a wide range of businesses with their digital marketing mix. Prior to starting with Bizible in 2010, Andy's work in business development and marketing delivered huge increases in local lead volume and sales for a variety of industries, including accounting, law, construction, retail, and restaurant. Andy's expertise is local digital marketing campaigns for small businesses and he has an extensive track record in growing businesses through creative new solutions. He holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from of the University of Nevada and Universidad Andr's Bello in Santiago, Chile.

Alex Kilby, Local Marketing Manager (linkedin)

Alex has 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and a proven track record of increasing online profitability in small and local businesses. The majority of his experience was gained from a career in the Nevada Wine and Spirits Distribution industry where he oversaw statewide online marketing initiatives in e-commerce, social media, and search engine optimization. He holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Nevada and numerous continued education accreditations in New and Digital Media as it relates to small business.

Jason Li, Principal Architect (linkedin)

Jason has 9 years experience in building complex software system, most recently leading a team in Bing Ads to deliver the next generation data platform for Microsoft’s search ads delivery engine. Previously Jason has worked on various projects including proprietary distributed memory cache, flexible protocol buffer, search Ads matching algorithm, display Ads delivery algorithm, and Microsoft management console UI. Jason has a master degree in Computer Science from University of Virginia.

Alex Booth, Marketing Intern (linkedin)

Alex has a little over a year of experience in the Social Media and Online Marketing space and has been an intern at Bizible for 9 months. He is finishing up a BA in Marketing and Information Systems from Seattle Pacific University and will graduate in Spring ’13.

Oak was introduced into programming his freshman year of college and started developing ever since. He is currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science at the University of Washington and has interned with Bizible since June 2013.

Lauren Hylbak, Marketing Intern (linkedin)

Lauren is our newest intern and has been working for Bizible for about 2 months. She is currently attending the University of Washington, working toward receiving both a BA in Communications as well as the Sales Certificate from the Foster School of Business. She will be graduating in Spring ’14.

Chris Reid, WordPress Ninja (linkedin)

Chris has been working with WordPress for over 5 years and knows just about all there is when it comes to the CMS. He graduated top of his class at The Digital Arts Technology Training Institute (DarTT) on the Presidents list. After Graduating Chris started his own web design company, and has focused on WordPress for his target market of small businesses. He has helped many small businesses achieve an online presence at an affordable cost. Before the world of web design, Chris was a company trainer, implementing and executing company wide training programs for Subway Restaurants, Tim Hortons and Cinema City movie theatres. He has taken that knowledge and combined it with WordPress to make business owners self sufficient with their websites built with WordPress, saving them time and money.
