Refund Policy

Bizible provides an annual subscription service. Subscriptions are paid in advance of the following year’s service and, except as set forth below with respect to a breach of Bizible’s limited warranty, there are no subscription refunds once the annual service term has begun. For example, if a customer terminates Bizible’s service halfway through the annual subscription, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining term.

However, refunds are given on a pro-rated basis if Bizible breaches its limited warranty laid out in the agreement between the customer and Bizible. To be eligible for this refund, the customer must first provide Bizible written notice of Bizible’s breach, provide thirty days written notice prior to termination, and allow Bizible 14 days to cure the breach.
